My Story

My name is Matt. I grew up in Miami and moved my family to Uruguay in 2025. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in enterprise business techology, including AI security at one of the world’s leading software companies, while advising startups across the United States, Latin America, and Europe on sales and marketing.

Tero Strategy grew out of helping friends in Uruguay transform their businesses with AI and creative strategies. I produced results. Those results led to referrals and a demand for my time.

Most Uruguayan business owners are curious about how AI can grow their business and improve their operations, but they are unsure where to start or believe they are not technical enough. AI is different from traditional software because it's custom for you and your business. It's easy to edit and update just by telling it what you want. I make it fun to use, even if you're not experienced or comfortable using new software.
